Newsletters were going out. Opens were happening. But beyond the surface numbers, the internal team at ATL REALTORS® Association wasn’t sure what was working, what wasn’t, or how to make smarter moves going forward. They needed a clearer picture, one that could transform guesswork into strategy. So they brought us in.
We tracked over 300 email campaigns, mapped performance patterns, and turned that data into guidance their whole team could use. This project wasn’t just about tweaking subject lines. It was about creating a feedback loop that made every email sharper than the last.

We analyzed over 300 campaigns sent from their HubSpot system, focusing on engagement trends by time, topic, and layout. We then built visual dashboards in Excel and Tableau to spotlight what subject lines, sender names, and content blocks led to the best performance.
Based on our findings, we also introduced A/B testing for subject lines, tracked CTA behavior, and helped redesign the newsletter format for mobile.
